These changes require leadership and education to inform the staff of the new requirements and interview protocols. All of these issue will be discussed as well as resources, materials and educational programs. The MDS 3.0 data base changed in October of 2017 and the new items and coding instructions have significant impact on the Quality Measures, 5-star, Outcome documentation, and person centered care planning. These issues all relate back to the regulatory changes and will be discussed. Approaches to data collection and overall data accuracy must be addressed by management as the risks of in accurate data are now more significant and create payment risks.

This is a must do session for administrators clinical and operational managers as it will discuss changes and specific ways to implement new policies and processes necessary for compliance. Join us for a day of interactive stimulating learning with one of the industry’s best teachers.
